Sai Prasad
Director & CEO
Sai Prasad is the Director of Global Green Fund. Sai Prasad has proven competencies in Fund Structuring, Project Finance and Project Management. An Engineer with Master’s degree in management from MIT Sloan School, gave him wide exposure in business modelling, strategic finance and technofinance capabilities. These capabilities made him distinct and enabled him to deliver large and complex projects successfully. He personally spear headed many large projects in Qatar, Malaysia, Libya, Ethiopia etc. These projects include infrastructure, housing and industrial projects under PPP, BOT and Annuity models. He has proven record of structuring and managing large infrastructure and energy funds in Asian region. His passion for social development and sustainability projects driven him to pursue infrastructure and green funds. His skills in deal structuring and wide networking with Financial and other professional groups helped him in concluding many successful deals in South East Asia, East and West Africa and Middle East regions.
Kristina Fields
Director & CFO
Kristina Fields is the Chief Financial Officer for S J Global Investments and Director of Global Green Management Services LLP. Kristina has played a key role in securing many significant contracts across multiple sectors and is a key part of the company. Born in Slovakia, Kristina came from humble beginnings and despite this, she immersed herself in learning and rose above her circumstances. It is this level of tenacity that has enabled her to play a critical role in the rise and success of S J Global Investments by creating and managing a successful team. Implementation in business is key and Kristina has a proven track record of delivering. As a believer in philanthropy, outside work Kristina is an advocate for women in business and charity work. She currently supports several not for profit organisations and using her business knowledge she is an advisor to these organisations and helps steer them in the right direction
